I have very much enjoyed creating these meaty features with The Athletic.  And it was a treat to be working again with my Tour de France colleagues Armen Keteyian, and Vic Frank as well 60 Minutes veteran Alan Goldberg.

On this piece, I collaborated  closely with producers Sascha Gardner and Kevin Armstrong to develop and structure the script, often working on the edit unsupervised.
